Conference on resilience: a unique opportunity to strengthen your everyday well-being
The conference on the benefits of resilience, originally scheduled for February 13, 2025, has been postponed to March 26, 2025 due to severe weather conditions. Organized by the Pathfinders network of the ROCSMO (Regroupement des organismes communautaires en santé mentale de l’Outaouais), this conference promises to offer valuable tools for building personal and professional resilience in the face of everyday challenges.
Julie Ohanessian, an expert in resilience and trained in impact therapy, will lead this interactive event. From AutonHomme Pontiac, Kim Laroche explains:
The event will take place at the Club d’âge d’or, 566 Rue Baume, Fort-Coulonge. The bilingual conference will begin with a light snack at 5:45 p.m. followed by the presentation from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Laroche explained what’s in store for attendees:
Admission is free and the event is open to all. Participants will have the chance to ask questions directly to the speaker, and leave with concrete tools to better manage stress and strengthen their ability to adapt.
To attend this conference, it is preferable to register so that the organizers can prepare the snack accordingly. To register, send an e-mail to projet@rocsmo.ca.
