139km/h in an area of 70km/h zone
The MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais Police department recently reported that a 39-year-old driver was caught driving 139km/h in an area of 70km/h zone on highway 148 in the municipality of Pontiac. In addition to the suspension of his license, the driver received 14 demerit points, a fine totalling $1,303 and his vehicle was impounded.
