Village en fête returning June 14th

Fort-Coulonge is gearing up for a memorable day at the annual Village en fête celebrations on rue Baume Saturday, June 14.

Organizer Danelle Bourque explained that it was her first year organizing the event and they currently have 30 vendors registered to sell their wares. The event will take place downtown from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The day will also feature a host of children’s activities, including a competition on the town’s new pump track, a clown and princesses roaming the street, as well as a reptile zoo. Bourque also noted that the Pontiac SADC, whose office is located on rue Baume, will be hosting an open house as part of their 40th anniversary celebrations.
