The COVID-19 pandemic has delaying the annual general meeting of the Caisse Desjardins des Rivières de Pontiac, members of the caisse will now have to wait a few months before getting their hands on their member dividends. The General Manager Stéphane Labine mentioned that $ 400,000 has been set aside so for its members to vote upon at the AGM, which is expected to be held in September.

The Caisse Desjardins des Rivières de Pontiac has made several changes to serve the population during the pandemic. Even though the service point located in Chapeau is temporarily closed, members can contact an agent to obtain various financial services.
