Quebec Solidarity candidate Julia Wilkie was excited by the news yesterday in Hull during the stop by two party spokespersons, Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois and Manon Massé. They announced that a Québec Solidaire government will raise the minimum wage to $ 15 an hour as of May 1, 2019, and then increase it annually to reflect the cost of living. In addition, they promised to invest $ 100 million a year over 5 years to help employers adapt. This morning, Manon Massé was in the Outaouais region, riding of Papineau, for an announcement concerning lumber.
