CSHBO requests service offers for housekeeping

The commission scolaire des Hauts-Bois-de l’Outaoauis is looking for a custodial services provider to clean at écoles Ste-Marie in Otter-Lake and école Saint-Nom-de-Marie in Lac-Ste-Marie for 2018-2019. The contract begins July 1st and will be renewable for two years on top of that. Interested parties can visit the schools by request on May 25th.

Individuals and companies interested in these contracts can obtain tender documents by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (SEAO) by contacting one of their representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or at 514-856-6600, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca, to find the call for tenders look for the school’s name. You can obtain the documents at a cost determined by the SEAO.

All submissions must be received by the Administrative Center of the School Board at 331 rue du Couvent, Maniwaki (QC) J9E 1H5, Material Resources Service (Room 125), by no later June 4, 2018 at 10:00 am.
