CHIP 101.9 is not spared from the impacts COVID-19: the Pontiac community radio has suspends its radio bingo until further notice.

The bingo host, Nathalie Denault, addressed the bingo players:

For players who won a prize during the latest radio bingo, sanitary measures have been put in place to ensure a safe pickup. The winners must ring the doorbell at the CHIP 101.9 office, and the prizes, inserted into an envelope, will be given with gloves. The radio has also prioritizes sending prizes by mail, however, players must send us their winning card beforehand to be verified.

CHIP 101.9 is reminding residents that radio bingo is not indefinitely canceled, but players will have to be patient. The return date remains unknown and the decision must be taken by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.
