Altercation at the Fort-Coulonge / Mansfield Carnival

Last Saturday, during the Fort-Coulonge / Mansfield Carnival, an altercation occurred between five men.

According to the Sûreté du Québec, there was no formal arrest made in connection with the incident, but preliminary meetings have been held and the investigation is continuing to see whether or not charges will be laid.
