The Caisse Desjardins des Rivières de Pontiac will be holding its annual general meeting virtually on March 28.

“Given the uncertain evolution of the situation related to COVID-19 and in order to respect social distancing measures to limit the spread of the virus, the annual general meeting of your Caisse will be held exclusively remotely. This formula implies that members will be able to vote live on certain subjects during the broadcast of the meeting, while others will be subject to a deferred voting period that will take place during the following four days. Please note that voting will take place in your secure Accès D session,” a statement reads (translated).

The Caisse is also looking to fill three positions on their Board of Directors: one for the Chapeau sector and two for the Fort-Coulonge sector. The Board states that they are looking for people with experience and skills related to accounting, client relations and cooperation.

To apply, simply fill out a form at the Caisse (or visit their website) and submit it with your CV, either in person, by emailing sylvie.s.lacroix desjardins.com or mailing them to Caisse Desjardins des Rivières de Pontiac, 175 rue Principale, Fort-Coulonge (Québec) J0X 1V0.

The deadline to apply is February 8 at 3 p.m.
