Xavier Lusignan is in Toronto in preparation for the Junior Pan American Games

Mansfield weightlifter Xavier Lusignan will be flying in a few hours to compete in the Junior Pan American Games next week in Colombia. For the past week, the Mansfieldian has been training to be ready to participate in the 96kg category.
