Green Party of Canada (GPC) candidate in the riding of Pontiac, Shaughn McArthur, explained his reasons for running for the GPC. He believes that despite his knowledge in the environmental field, the current Liberal MP, William Amos, cannot properly defend the environment and at the same time be part of the Liberal government.
