Last week, Bouffe Pontiac received two donations totaling $ 17,500, a $ 7, 500 donation in gift cards to local businesses and a second $ 10, 000 cash donation, both from the office of André Fortin, the MNA for Pontiac.

Kim Laroche also talked about the issue of volunteers, in which the organization was able to fill a new team of full time volunteers quickly after being forced to lose a large portion of their volunteers due to their age. Though now, according to Laroche most of their volunteers are currently working on the delivery services offered to residents over the age of 60.
