Unveiling of the menu for the 2019 Défi des Chefs Leucan Outaouais

Yannick La Salle a local chef, originally from Bryson, and CHIP 101,9 team member in the 2019 Défi des chefs de Leucan Outaouais, officially unveiled the menu that will be presented during the friendly competition, which will take place on March 21st:
