The restaurant La Gare Waltham Station adjusts to the COVID-19 Pandemic
La Gare – Waltham Station, a restaurant in the municipality of Waltham has adjusted their services in accordance to the Government of Quebec’s health and social distancing measures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an interview with CHIP the owner of Waltham Station, Cobi Rabb, explained that prior to the health crisis many of their clients came from Ontario, now with the roadside control point set up on the bridge between L’Isle-aux-Allumette and the city of Pembroke, they have seen a rise in the number of local clients.
Cobi Rabb also explained that due to the pandemic, the restaurant was able to launch an online platform service for their clients.
La restaurant has also reduced their hours of operations to four days a week, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday to Sunday. For more details visit: https://www.walthamstation.com/.
