The Pontiac Job Fair Returns on October 15th

The Pontiac Youth Employment Center (CJEP) has confirmed the return of the Pontiac Virtual Job Fair, scheduled for October 15 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each year, the event helps connect job seekers with more than 30 local businesses, offering hundreds of employment opportunities throughout the Pontiac.

The CJEP says it hopes to build on past success by adapting the event to the needs of both employers and job seekers. “For this reason, we decided to keep the virtual format, as requested by the large majority of our participating businesses and partners in recent surveys. This technology makes the process easier for everyone by reducing travel and maximizing time. Please note that CJEP provides training and technical support for this process on the REMO platform. In addition, we are here to support you and offer free assistance in drafting job postings, which will make it easier for you to prepare for the fair,” CJEP emphasized.

Through this event, CJEP highlights its role in fostering community synergy by providing support to both businesses and job seekers across the 18 municipalities of the Pontiac MRC. “It’s an excellent visibility opportunity for your business, as the Pontiac Job Fair is a popular local event promoted by local radio stations, several newspapers, and our social media platforms.
