The Pontiac International Women’s Film Festival unveils its program

The Pontiac International Women’s Film Festival invites the public to discover a selection of inspiring short films at its upcoming edition, taking place from August 7th to 9th, 2026.

The event will highlight films made by women or offering sensitive and engaged perspectives on diverse social and human realities.

Among the short films presented are “Dormance” by Alexa-Jeanne Dubé and Fanny Migneault-Lecavalier, “Madeleine” by Raquel Sancinetti, and “Tisser la soie” by Marguerite Ranger. These productions are distinguished by their artistic approach and sensitivity.

Screenings will be held at Cinéma Lyn, located in the Village of Fort-Coulonge. Tickets are $7 per screening, or a festival pass is available for $40, granting access to the entire program.

The organizers invite the public to come and discover unique works and to support Quebec and international cinema in a friendly and cultural atmosphere.
