The PLQ nomination meeting in Gatineau will be held this Tuesday, April 19
Tonight the former mayor of Chelsea and former warden of MRC des Collines Caryl Green will be officially nominated as the candidate for the Liberal Party of Quebec in the riding of Gatineau. PLQ leader Dominique Anglade is expected to be in attendance, along with other public figures from the region.
The riding of Gatineau, which neighbours the Pontiac, is currently held by Otter Lake native and CAQ MNA Robert Bussière. When he won in 2018 by a margin of just under 4,000 votes, he was the first non-Liberal representative of the riding since 1962.
