Tomorrow, the expected rainfall could reach up to 55 mm and, combined with snowmelt, could have a significant impact on water levels. This is the case in the municipality of Mansfield and the possible situation of the Coulonge River in the coming days. On April 15th (Monday) the flow was 95 m3/s
The predicted forecast shows that the flow could reach:
– Saturday, April 20th: total flow of 320 m3/s
– Sunday April 21st: total flow of 475 m3/s (flow in 2017)
– Monday April 22nd: total flow of 560 m3/s (flow in 2018)
According to many people near the Coulonge River, there was more ice than in past years.
