The missing Peter Mulrooney was found unharmed by the OPP
The Sûreté du Québec has confirmed that Peter Mulrooney, 81, of Low has been found unharmed. According to information released early this afternoon (August 21) Peter Mulrooney was found by the OPP over lunchtime. He was traveling on Route 7.
