The Jardin Éducatif du Pontiac opens to customers

The Jardin Éducatif du Pontiac in Litchfield opened its annual sale of vegetables this week. The director general of the garden, Martin Riopel, explained how the kiosk is scheduled to be open this season in accordance with the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Due to COVID-19, certain measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of the personnel, as well as that of customer.

Martin Riopel explains:

On Thursday, July 16, Martin riopel explained that the opening was a “great success”, according to the employees on site: everything was sold and therefore the site had to close earlier than expected, at 3:30 pm rather than 5 pm. The next sale is scheduled for Saturday morning, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Martin Riopel gave an overview of the products that will be available in the coming weeks.

Remember that the Jardin Éducatif du Pontiac’s kiosk will be open Thursdays from noon to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. Customers are requested to park on site, but to stay in their vehicle while waiting for an employee to serve them.
