The CSHBO presents its 2018-2019 annual report
The Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais School Board (CSHBO) released its 2018-2019annual report.
In an interview with CHIP 101.9, CSHBO Director General Denis Rossignol provided details of the report, highlighting the continuation of the Plan d’engagement vers la réussite 2018-2022, which is halfway through its completion right now.
Denis Rossignol also wanted to add that the CSHBO is working on developing a strategy to enhance the role of parents in the educational progress of their child.
In the 2018-2019 school year report, it was also noted that the CSHBO provided services for 34 municipalities and 2 Aboriginal communities in the MRC du Pontiac and the MRC de la Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, amounting to a little more than 2,700 students. The report also summarized the establishments presided over by the CSHBO, which include 29 buildings, 18 elementary service points, 1 shared elementary / secondary service point, 4 service points at the secondary level and 4 adult education centers including an administrative center.
The CSHBO also reported revenues of more than $50,614 and a deficit of approximately $210,000 for 2018-19.
