The countdown has begun for Otter Lake’s SummerFest
Preparations are well underway in Otter Lake for SummerFest, which will take place on July 4th as part of the town’s 150th anniversary celebrations.
The festivities will begin at 11 a.m. at the R.A. Centre in Otter Lake, with a family-friendly program that promises to entertain visitors of all ages.
Among the announced attractions are the skill games from Circus Delights, including the High Striker, Tippy Ladders, and Radar Pitch. Inflatable games will also be set up on site, including an inflatable water play area for which organizers suggest parents bring swimsuits for younger children.
Animal lovers can meet the ponies and other animals from Giddy Up N Go Ponies, while children can enjoy giant bubbles and entertainment from Bubble Fairy Magic. Free face painting will also be offered to children throughout the day.
The organizers emphasize that this is just a preview of the program. Further announcements regarding activities, exhibitors, vendors, and participating organizations will be made in the coming days.
SummerFest is one of the key events celebrating Otter Lake’s 150th anniversary and aims to bring together residents and visitors for a day of summer festivities.
