The CJEP is launching a new project supported by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI): “Promoting an Inclusive Welcoming Culture in the Pontiac.”

The goal is to raise awareness among local businesses, institutions and organizations about issues related to immigration, while helping newcomers integrate smoothly into the community.

Drawing on its expertise, the CJEP plays a key role by offering:

• exploratory visits to discover the region and its opportunities;

• support with job searching and professional integration;

• personalized assistance with settling in (housing, services, networking);

• awareness initiatives aimed at employers and partners to highlight diversity and encourage inclusive practices.

This project aims to make the Pontiac a welcoming, dynamic and open region where everyone can find their place and contribute to the community’s development.
