The CISSS Outaouais will hold an exchange and information session

The Board of Directors (CA) Centre intégré de santé et de service sociaux (CISSS) Outaouais invites Pontiac residents to participate in an information and exchange forum on Tuesday, October 9, in the Dale Thompson Hall at Shawville C-H-S-L-D (395 Allan Black Street) at 7pm.

This meeting is organized so that the CA can exchange with the public on their concerns, priorities and opinions regarding health services and social services. The session will begin with a discussion period, which will be followed by a presentation by the Board of Directors, including a report of the CISSS Outaouais activities for 2017-2018, a report of the 2017-2018 Annual Financial Report, a report on the application of the complaints procedure, a report on the satisfaction of users and the respect of their rights 2017-2018 as well as the priorities and new directions for the year 2018-2019.
