The CANAMEX project; an agro-tourism circuit that will impact the Pontiac
The Canada-American Exchange Cuisine trail (CANAMEX project), an initiative created by a resident of the municipality of L’Isle-aux-Allumettes David Gillespie, is a tourism trail emphasizing the exchange between the various stakeholders in the Northeastern United States, Ontario and Quebec, in the field of agriculture. This trail, which will also including the Pontiac, should see further development in the coming months as the agro-tourism cuisine trail is established in the different regions. When asked if Pontiac farmers will have the tools necessary to stand out in the field of agro-tourism, David Gillespie responded positively.
