The Caisse Desjardins des Rivières de Pontiac building at 175 rue Principale in Fort Coulonge is up for sale. There is no fixed price set but the location will likely be vacated in less than a year.

The building should be vacant around the month of next July, when the branch is relocated to rue Hérault in Mansfield-et-Pontefract. The Caisse mentions in their ad that the building is ideal for businesses such as a daycare, a pharmacy or even a medical clinic. The building was built in 1974 and is located on 16,534 square feet of land, with approximately 30 parking spaces. Excluding the basement, the building has 2,351 square feet of space.

The Caisse revealed the location of their new office at their AGM in April.
