The auction of buildings for unpaid taxes scheduled for November 12

The buildings for unpaid tax sale will be sold on November 12 at a public auction, at the Campbell’s Bay Recreation Center located at 2 Second Street, in Campbell ‘s Bay at 10:00 a.m., to satisfy the payment of municipal and/or school taxes, interest and costs of the sale, unless these taxes, interest and costs have been paid before that date.

The buildings thus sold will include the buildings and outbuildings when constructed, as well as any active, passive, apparent or hidden easements affecting the properties.
The buildings will be sold without any legal warranty, at the buyer’s risk and peril.
