The Sûreté du Québec are seeking the public’s help in locating Michael Scandiffio, 57, of Gloucester (Ottawa), Ontario. He was last seen around 8 p.m. on October 1 in Ladysmith. He was in a black 2017 Ford Escape SUV, with an Ontario license plate BNXP701. He was to go to the Otter Lake area. His relatives have reason to fear for his health and safety.
