Summer job offer in Otter Lake: public works labourer

The Municipality of Otter Lake is announcing a Summer 2026 job opportunity for a public works labourer.

The position runs from June 29th to August 21st, 2026 (8 weeks, 35 hours/week) with a wage of $16.60/hour.

The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Maintaining roads, ditches, sidewalks, and municipal infrastructure
• Groundskeeping and landscaping (lawn care, general upkeep, etc.)
• Cleaning municipal vehicles and equipment
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Eligibility requirements:

• Be between 15 and 30 years old
• Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or recognized refugee
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
