SQ Seeks Public’s Help After Off-Road Vehicle Theft in Shawville
The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying suspects in connection with the theft of off-road vehicles that occurred overnight between July 26 and 27 at a business on Route 148 in Shawville.
The suspects reportedly visited the business twice within a four-hour span during the evening and night of July 27, ultimately leaving the premises with four side-by-side vehicles. They were last seen heading in the direction of Gatineau.
The stolen vehicles are:

A 2019 green Polaris Ranger

A 2021 blue and black Can-Am Maverick

A 2024 blue Polaris Northstar

A 2024 black Polaris RZR
One of the stolen vehicles, the 2024 blue Polaris Northstar, has since been located in the Municipality of Bowman, approximately 60 km north of Gatineau.
