Sphinx Resources announce a non-brokered private placement

Sphinx Resources Ltd. announced that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 25,000,000 units (each a “Unit”) at a price of $0.02 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be used to fund the Corporation’s exploration projects, a large portion of which will be allocated to the Calumet-Nord property for drilling purposes, and for general working capital purposes.
