Silver Award – Route 148: Your Best Vanlife Experience in the Outaouais

At the Azimut Awards Gala held during the Tourism Welcome Days, the Pontiac MRC stood out by winning the Silver Azimut Award for its project Route 148: Your Best Vanlife in the Outaouais! This innovative circuit, created in collaboration with Visages régionaux, turns a simple drive into a memorable adventure, offering more than 20 stopovers for recreational vehicles throughout the Pontiac.

It is well-deserved recognition for an initiative that showcases the region, its warm welcome, and its local treasures. Stéphanie Hébert-Potter, Economic Development Commissioner for the tourism sector, attended the event to receive the award from the Minister, Amélie Dionne, and the Deputy Minister of Québec’s Ministry of Tourism, Jessy Baron.
