On January 28th, the Pontiac Chamber of Commerce and SADC Pontiac launched their fifth Shop Le Pontiac initiative.

As part of this project, 8 businesses will be chosen to benefit from marketing promotion in the form of professionally filmed videos, promoted online. SADC Pontiac business, marketing and communications advisor Brittany Morin explains:

Shop le Pontiac was launched to coincide with the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the country in 2020. At the time, the two Pontiac organizations wanted to showcase the region’s businesses and encourage local purchasing.

CoC President Sébastien Bonnerot believes that MRC businesses have a great advantage, precisely because they promote local commerce:

The Chambre de Commerce of Pontiac website lists the businesses that have already participated, including Ferme Pure Conscience in Bristol, Aventure Hélianthe in Mansfield-et-Pontefract, and White Buffalo Vintage in Shawville.
