Robbery at a dépanneur in Eardley

The Dépanneur du Pontiac, located along Hwy. 148 in the Eardley sector of the Municipality of Pontiac was robbed over the weekend, according to MRC des Collines Police.
Police were called to the store at around 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, after the suspect apparently asked for the contents of the cash register while “simulating possession of a weapon”. Police stated that no one was injured and the suspect fled on foot towards Curley Road.
Police also provided security footage and a description of the suspect:
– white male
– French speaking
– Thin build and approximately 5’8″ tall
– He was wearing a medical mask
– An “Argentina” cap
– A blue “Nike” coat with white lines on the arms
– Black “Champion” sports pants
– Black and white sneakers
