Return of the RAWQ French courses on February 4th; 70$ per student
The Regional Association of West Quebecers announced Thursday that the French as a second language courses would resume on February 4th at the cost of 70$ per person. This continuation stems from multiple requests made by the students of the free French classes which were cancelled at the beginning of 2020 due to ”budgetary constraints.”
The French classes will now be offered at a fee of 70$ per student for an eight week period (from February 4th to April 7th, 2020) depending on the location and the level of the student. The classes will be 1.5 hours each and held in Aylmer and in Wakefield.
The class levels are A1 (beginner), A2 (high beginner) and B1 (intermediate).
Note that the free French second language classes will return in Fall 2020, and the RAWQ will inform the members regarding the upcoming registration dates. Those interested in joining can contact Jeanne Nivischiuk at fsl@westquebecers.ca or 819-682-9602.
More details will be available soon.
