The impact of the Legault government’s measures have already had repercussions in the Pontiac.
Note that the restaurant La Jonction in Campbell’s Bay issued a notice on Facebook Sunday, following the government’s request for restaurants to limit their seating, the restaurant decided to adjust their hours of operations for the weeks to come. From Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the dining room will be open with limited seating and without reservations. They will however be closed from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to clean and disinfect the restaurant. Between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., the dining room will be closed and food will only be available for taken out.
Yesterday, L’ancienne Banque in L’Isle-aux-Allumettes announced that due to the difficult period in which the population is facing, the St Patrick’s Day celebration will be postponed until further notice. Also, starting Tuesday at 11 a.m., takeout will be available and is encouraged.
In Mansfield, the Metro Mansfield has indicated that they will remain open and that the inventory in the store will be kept systematic. A home delivery service will be offered for the elderly, people who don’t have the means to get around, people who have placed themselves in voluntary quarantine or in obligated quarantine. Delivery charges may apply depending on distance and will be carried out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
