Resolution for Warden Jane Toller to be part of the FCM Committee

The Mayors of the MRC Pontiac resolved, during Wednesday meeting of the mayors, to allow Warden Jane Toller to become part of the Quebec Caucus of the Federation of Canadian municipalities (FCM). Jane Toller stated that being part of the committee would allow her to move local projects forward.

Jane Toller believes that being part of the FCM will grant the MRC Pontiac a greater visibility in promoting local projects such as Energy from Waste. Toller added that the MRC Pontiac could then submit applications to the FCM’s Green Municipal Fund, a 3 billion dollar fund for green sustainable projects.
