Reopening of the Chapeau Régionale Gallerie cultural centre for the Summer season

The cultural centre Chapeau Régionale Gallerie will reopen for the 2026 season from May 16th to September 26th.

Located at 106 St-Jacques Street in Chapeau, the centre offers a variety of activities highlighting local heritage and culture. Visitors can enjoy gallery tours, learn about the island’s history, explore art and Indigenous exhibitions, and visit a gift shop.

The site also houses the Pontiac Genealogical Society, a museum, and a thrift shop, providing a complete cultural experience for both residents and visitors.

The gallery will be open Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
