Regularization of the Ottawa River: how does it work?

For this spring, CHIP 101.9 has its’ focus on the mandate of the Ottawa River Regulation Planning Commission about how their team is conducting updates and clarification of the water levels and flow in the Ottawa River. From the Secretariat for the commission, Manon Lalonde.

Recall that a gradual increase in the water level of the Ottawa River is expected in the coming days, mainly due to rainfall in the southern part of the basin, which the planning commission will keep the population updated via their website. The full interview is available here.
