Rainfall warning in effect for Pontiac

Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for the Pontiac region today (September 13), as heavy precipitation between 50 and 75 mm is expected by Wednesday morning.

“Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads,” the alert reads. “Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.”
