An information meeting on the l’Abattoir les Viandes du Pontiac slaughterhouse will be held on April 30th at 455 Hillcrest Avenue in Shawville at 7:00 pm. This meeting had already been announced by project managers who faced criticism from some citizens who feared that the company could have negative impacts on the value of their homes.
