Preserving independence: a conference for seniors in Otter Lake
The Connexions Resource Centre invites seniors to take part in an information session on maintaining independence and quality of life.
The event will take place on Monday, April 27th, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Otter Lake Recreation Hall.
For the occasion, guest speaker Angie Vaillancourt, from the Outaouais Integrated Health and Social Services Centre, will present the various services available to seniors in the region.
Participants will learn more about available resources, including:
- home care services
- rehabilitation programs
- various support services that promote aging at home
This session aims to better inform seniors and help them maintain their independence for as long as possible.
The session will be held in English.
