The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l’Outaouais (CISSSO) said it was satisfied on Monday with the recruitment regarding the number of people interested in taking training to become a beneficiary attendant in CHSLDs in the region.
On the other hand, despite 794 people who showed interest, there are still places to fill for the Pontiac sector, in particular in the English-speaking community. The Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Development, Directorate of Human Resources, Communications and Legal Affairs at the CISSSO, Cynthia Lessard, is confident that the Western Quebec School Board will be able to relaunch the process and develop a cohort to meet its needs.
The CISSSO indicated that communications with Western Quebec should take place shortly in order to attract more candidates.
