Participants sought for Christmas variety show fundraiser

Participants are being sought for a Christmas variety show in support of the Fort-Coulonge Knights of Columbus. Organizer Lise O’Reilly explained that she was looking for anyone with talents such as singing, dancing or acting to volunteer for the event.

O’Reilly, whose husband is a musician, said that she had some experience putting on a similar show for seniors in Gatineau. As a former drama teacher at ESSC, she also has some experience with theatrical productions.

She will be holding a meeting at the Fort-Coulonge Knights of Columbus Hall at 2 p.m. on Sunday September 17 for those interested, with the show planned for December 6 at 7 p.m.
