Overnight closures on the Portage bridge returning next week

Ontario Power Generation is advising motorists that the interprovincial bridge near the Chenaux Generating station in Portage-du-Fort will be closed overnight from Monday to Thursday for the next several weeks.

The bridge will be closed between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. on the following dates:

• July 10, 11, 12, 13
• July 17, 18, 19, 20
• July 24, 25, 26, 27

Note that these dates are subject to change and residents should check OPG’s website frequently for an up to date list of closures.
