Open Letter from the minister of Environment and Climate Change

In a letter posted on social media, the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change and MP for the Ottawa Centre, Catherine McKenna, addressed the Ontario MLA, John Yakabuski, saying that federal, provincial and municipal governments will need to work together to address the Ottawa River Basin flood issue. She said that she is in favor and is open to an independent inquiry looking in to this issue. She also thanked, via her Twitter account, the MP for Pontiac, William Amos.
