Official opening of the AgriSaveur commercial kitchen in Shawville

A new space dedicated to food processing will open this week with the official launch of the AgriSaveur commercial kitchen in Shawville, scheduled for May 7th, 2026, starting at 10 a.m.

The event will mark the opening of this modern facility, designed to support producers, processors, and agri-food entrepreneurs in the region. An open house will follow from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., allowing the public to tour the premises and discover the state-of-the-art equipment available to them.

This new space aims to provide concrete resources to the community by facilitating access to professional facilities for project development and the processing of local products.

The project was made possible through partial funding from the Signature Innovante and Vitalization funds of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

With this opening, AgriSaveur aims to become a key player in regional agri-food development while fostering innovation and collaboration within the community.
