Official launch of the International Women’s Film Festival of Fort-Coulonge

The International Women’s Film Festival of Fort-Coulonge will be officially start this Saturday September 30th, at 5 pm at Sieur-de-Coulonge High school.

The evening will include an exhibition of the works of photographer Anna Lupien, an inaugural speech and a screening of the documentary ” Le dernier souffle: au coeur de l’Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal “, which follows the workers, patients, doctors and the religious at historic hospital recently announced to be shut down. Director Annabel Loyola will be there to talk about the film production and hold a public Q&A.

Daycare service for children aged 5 to 12 will be available free of charge in the school gymnasium.
