As Easter approaches, the government of Quebec is reminding citizens of their measure regarding gathering, inside or outside, which are not pemitted.
The national director of public health, Horacio Arruda, warned Quebeckers who intend to get around the rules and get together next weekend.
Although the Premier of Quebec, François Legault, said he is encouraged by the number of people in intensive care which has stabilizes, he insists that there should be no physical gathering to avoid the spread of the virus.
Couples: Exercise Judgment
Although the trend suggests that Quebec is on the right track, Francois Legault insisted that the only way to stay there is to maintain the severe restrictions on social distancing.
Without commenting on a particular example, Horacio Arruda invited couples to use their judgment, opening the door to a lighter comment by the Prime Minister.
As of yesterday, the Province of Quebec has reported 9,340 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In Outaouais, the balance sheet stands at 129.
