New Measures to Simplify Back-to-School Preparations for Parents at CSSHBO
New Measures to Simplify Back-to-School Preparations for Parents at CSSHBO
In the coming days, the return to school will be front and center across the Pontiac region. The Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais School Service Centre (CSSHBO) has informed parents that school supply fees can now be paid through various methods.
This year, it is now possible to make payments by online banking at most financial institutions. To do so, parents must search for the designated payee listed for their bank:
- CIBC: CSS Hauts Bois l’Outaouais – ES
- TD (Toronto-Dominion): CSS Hauts-Bois – Effets scolaires
- Scotiabank: CSS Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais – Effets scolaires
- RBC (Royal Bank of Canada): CSSHBO – Effets scolaires
- National Bank: CSS Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais – Effets scolaires
- BMO (Bank of Montreal): CSS Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais
- Desjardins: Centre de services scolaire des Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais – Effets scolaires (QC)
For the account number, parents must use the Internet payment reference number indicated on their invoice or statement. This number begins with ES and is 19 characters long. Each parent has their own unique reference number.
Payments can also be made by cheque or cash, at the location designated by the school, or by Interac payment, again at the location determined by the school. The School Service Centre encourages parents to use whichever method is most convenient for them and to ensure that the correct reference number is entered in order to avoid processing delays.
The CSSHBO also reminds parents to verify that their email address is up to date in their child’s file to receive all school-related communications. Parents can update this information by sending an email to their child’s school office:
- Sieur-de-Coulonge High School: essc@csshbo.gouv.qc.ca
Assistance is also available by phone at 819-449-7866. The new school year officially begins on August 27.
